About Us

Her Fearless Heart is a dedicated online mental service committed to providing hope and support for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide.

Our mission is simple:
To offer care, connection, and hope to remind people that their story is important and the world is a better place with you in it.

Many people won't reach out for help due to stigma or shame, but we are here to remind you that your story is important and sharing it with others will show you that you are not alone.

Our Impact

Reaching out is not easy.

For many people, saying “I’m not okay” feels overwhelming or even impossible.

At times, when someone does find the courage to seek support, they are often met with barriers:

- Cost.
- Long waitlists.
- Limited access.
- Fear of being misunderstood.

These obstacles can delay help for months, sometimes years.

No one should have to fight this hard to be supported.

When you’re struggling, hope can feel distant.

But it doesn’t have to arrive all at once.

Sometimes hope looks like:

- Sending a message

- Booking an appointment

- Reading something that makes you feel a little less alone

Hope can be small. Quiet. Gradual.

Sometimes, it begins simply by being seen.

We see you.

You are needed here.

You are not alone in how you are feeling:

Mental health challenges are more common than many realise.

  • Nearly half of Australians will experience mental ill-health in their lifetime

  • Around 1 in 8 have experienced thoughts of suicide

  • An average of 8–9 lives are lost to suicide every day

Behind every number is a person who has struggled, often silently.

You are not the only one feeling this way.
