Online counselling gives you the space to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable - your home, your car, or wherever feels safe for you. Whether you’re navigating something heavy, feeling stuck, or just need someone to sit with you in it, you don’t have to carry it on your own.
We can talk through whatever feels important to you, at your pace. There’s no pressure to have the “right words”, just showing up is enough.
Sessions are available via phone or video, whatever feels easiest for you.
