ABOUT THE CREATIVE WELLBEING SESSIONS
Each weekly session blends creative activities with gentle wellbeing practices, reflection and connection in a therapeutic, strengths-based environment. No art experience is needed - just a willingness to try, be yourself and take care of you.
Who can attend:
Our Creative Wellbeing Sessions are for those seeking gentle support for their mental and emotional wellbeing.
This space is for you if you are:

experiencing grief or loss

navigating life transitions or change

feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious

living with low mood or burnout

seeking a safe, supportive space to prioritise your wellbeing

Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply looking to invest in your wellbeing, you'll be warmly welcomed.

One-Hour Creative Wellbeing Sessions
Thursdays ( Term 4 begins October 8th )
1:30-2:30pm
Cost: $25 per casual session
or save by registering for the full term at $200

Once we receive your registration form, we will email you an invoice with payment details.
Your place will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Full term registrations receive priority booking.
